Basic pay issue

Hi,

While i maintaining the basic pay infoype i m getting one issue:

I have 6 wage types. in that i want to maitain for some employee only 3 wage types.

Without enter the amounts for all the wage type, system is not allowing to save the wage types in 0008.

Its international payroll. Here while employee joining time we need to enter the wage type amounts.

Hi Revathi,

In order to get thee wagetypes in IT 0008 you need to assign the wage types as per allowance grouping and maintain those in RAP taBLE..Also maintain pay scale area and Pay scale level....and Maintain revise default wage types for Baisc pay IT node....

and activate the faeture LGMST in pe03 for the wage type as per your allowance grouping...

Hi Revathi,

Maintain one pay scale structure separately for those employee for whom you want to default the wagetypes without any amount.Then maintain the table t510 for the pay scale structure.Here you have to insert the wagetypes those have fixed value (As per the characteristics maintain in the t511).Only enter the wagetypes & the amount filled should be blank.

Then go creation of wagetypes then it will allow you to save the infotype.

Hi Revathi,

you need to define Pay Scale Type, Pay Scale Area and a different Pay Scale Level to set the optional 3 wagetypes for certain employees in T510. Level 1 --> 6 wagetypes, Level 2 : 3 wagetypes..

Hi,

Go to table T511, select the wage type and check the carecteristic of that wage type.

Please check in rewritable box and put "+' & "-" in input combination for amount and number/unit.

The wage type will get saved with Zero value if you don't enter any amount there.

and if u want only those wage types shd reflect

chek T510 and configure as per the PSL and PST

Hi All,

I am new to SAP HR. While practicing payroll...after configuring 0008 infotype we will maintain it to a person with PA30. At that time system is showing ABAP run time error......i dont know whether it is my config prob r program prob....i m living in singalpore n nobody is there to help me...can anyboby help me to sort out the prob....FYI i will paste the screenshots here...i think its nt coming...can any expert give ur id to attach those screen shots....

secondly check ur cofiguration first like wage type charactestics in table T511 T539J and activation of feature LGMST thru SM30 PE03 Tcodes simuntaneously

Normally it should allow blank fields in amount column also.

But anywaz,,, user can use Delete WT option on top of screen which doesnt applicable to employee and save the records.!!!
