Message SCMG_CASE019 - Transaction SCASEPS

Hi,

I am creating one case with the transaction SCASEPS. But I can't see the linked objects and I receive this message:

No tiene autorización para visualizar el componente del caso

Nº mensaje: SCMG_CASE019

I found this thread but I already have this note installed.

Solved. The problem was the state of the model. It has to be released.
