Taken hana backup on 1.0 SPS12 on host running with Red Hat Linux 7.5 , Is the same hana backup can be restored on host running Red Hat Linux 7.2 with Same HANA version SPS12 version?

As long as the HANA release is the same or higher you should not have any problem with the database restore.
