Interactive Adobe forms in CRM Web UI

Hi Experts,

I was able to call the form in web ui, following some blogs majorly below one with some modifications.

But now I am facing problem when I pass a context parameter as input to the Adobe form, it does not get the required PDF with data. My form is interactive. This happens only when I pass fillable = 'N' , The form is returned blank in this case, for normal adobe it returns correct output on the form.

I am also not getting save or other options in the pop-up.

Can any body please suggest what might be wrong/missing.
