Scheduled BODS Jobs are failing with error Error

Hi All,

Our all scheduled BODS jobs are failing with below error:\

Error : Could not initialize SSH transport layer for file location object <FileServer>. Error: <(-13) Failed getting banner>.

However when executed manually all jobs are running successfully.

Kindly let us know if change in job schedule timing can help or we need to do other workaround.

Hi, Was this ever resolved? We are getting the same error when trying to access a remote SFTP site. If so please provide the solution.

Hi,

When executing the jobs manually or through the scheduler are they both running on the same Job Server. I suspect the error is caused by permission issues at the operating system level. I would be checking the OS logs and attempting to access the file using the same user as the Job Server is executing with.

I know not an answer, but a place to start investigating.
