Hi, we have defined micrometr as prts. we have 10 mikes and 10 diffeent prt codes like mike1 to mike10. we want assign these prts to operations. while assigning these prts to operations, we want system to display the remaining days to calibrate that mike. pls guide me to to map this req?
Hi
gajesh is right.
there is no such std solution available.
But one thing you can achieve.
Use a PRT in Task list. While attaching PRT even if operator knows that 100 dyas are left for calibration it will not help him much, since it may happen lot will be created after 100 days & you will still use the PRT which has calibration not done after 100 dyas.
What i mean it will not help in task list but the check should be during UD.
Suppose a Micr has some calibration due.Create the micr as Equipemt(.
then assing calibration frequency by IP01.
Now use user exit while UD that it will check or give message that calibration for the Micrometer is pending by which you are inspecting ths material.
Use MPLA & MPOS table for frequency & due date.
Use uder exit QEVA0010 UD: Usage decision check
I hope it will add some value.

Dear Yadav
I think there is no standard solution for this. I think you need the message in the routing where you assign the PRT right or in inspection plan
Will a report creation will work for you where in the person checks what is the remaining days for calibration. or if you require as a message you may have to go for user exit
