Guru's
I am using GRC 5.3 compliance calibrator. Risk analysis by user was working perfect it was showing more then 2500 issues now it says No match nor conflict found. Using Global Rule Set. Any advice will be appriciated.
Global rule set is active and check the number of risk id.s .

Hi,
Please check if the rules still exist in RAR fot that system and they should be active, I mean enabled.

Hi,
Rule set is not directly attached to source system. Only Functions are specific to Source System. When we create Risks, we define Conflicting Functions and Rule sets. When we do User/Role analysis, we can select the Rule set and System.
In your case, when you run the Risk Analysis, change the rule set, system and report type and see if you get your earlier results.
Hi,
The fastest way to make sure that all rules are there is to check the following table.
Make sure you have the entries for each system.
VIRSA_CC_ACTRULE
VIRSA_CC_PRMRULE
In the above tables VSYSKEY colomn refer to system name. Also make sure that you should have atleast some entries in enabled mode i.e STATUS colomn should have 0 value

I'm facing a problem on this... If I'm running Risk Analysis with "Excluded Mitigated Risk - No", I'm able to get all user data ( i.e., Mitigated Risks, Unmitigated Risks etc), but the same when I'm running with "Excluded mitigated risk - Yes" keeping all other parameters same... I'm getting " No match, nor conflict found" instead of " No Violations found".
What could be the issue??
Thanks,
CS
Hi... is the user still existing in the source system. You can do a User/Role/Profile sync and rerun the analysis.
