MRP PR

Dear experts,

We are doing the project MRP run ;

The system is generating the PR for the BOM materials with Calculated Component Quantity in Component Unit of Measure.

As our materials are of variable size;

We want's the same sizes to be reflected in PR generated by MRP.

What are the setting required for this .

Are you talking about Variant configuration ?

What material types are you using ?

Are those materials configurable ?

It is not varient configuration ;

Material is not configurable.

Material type is RAW Material.

I am a little unclear as to your requirement. Can you explain what you mean when you say

Dear,

I will explain our requirement in brief.

Suppose we have a raw material - M S Plate.

Base unit of measure - M2

The dimension of the required plate is 300 mm X 300 mm .

Total qty requirement - 2 nos.

So we add this component as Variable size item in BOM.

The resultant qty will be -0.18 M2.

When we run MRP the PR will be generated of 0.18 M2.

Our requirement is When we run the MRP the dimensions should appear in PR in addition to resultant qty.
