Hi all,

I am writing a report to capture the data of defective stock from customer.

I want to display sales order for the material document cretaed against returned delivery of stock.

Can anyone give me the link between material document & sales order against its delivery.

As you have material document no ..

In VBFA Table --- input material document no at Follow-on doc.(VBFA- VBELN) and fetch record for Prec.doc.categ. (VBFA-VBTYP_V) -- H - for Return order and T - for Return delivery .

Hope it would solve the issue.

Hi,

With the help of material doc you can get the delivery number from the table MKPF as MKPF u2013 XBLNR. With this MKPF u2013 XBLNR go to table VBFA as a as VBFA - VBELV and fetch the sales order number as VBFA u2013VBELN if VBFA - VBTYP_N is u2018Hu2019(For Return order)

For Material document - Subs.doc.categ - R (Goods movement - Material document)

1. Rerurn delivery document

Locate Prec.doc.categ.- T - Returns delivery for order

2. Return sales order

Locate Prec.doc.categ.- H- Returns (return sales order)

Hi,

I tried VBFA table, in that i have mat doc no ei. subse. doc no & cat R.

But in VBFA unless v provide preced doc no, the table doesn giv any result with only mat doc no.

I need to acquire Sales order no from mat doc no.

I have delivery note no which can be seen in MKPF against mat doc no.

Can it be helpful to give sales order no?

Then try to find The Sales Order for this delivery in VBFA Table using document category field
