PI Config Changing from Synchronous to Asynchronous when exporting to production.

Hi,

We have configured the synchronous scenario in dev server and when we are transporting it through standard export import then when we import in quality server it shows synchronous only but in production service interface changes to asynchronous.

Please suggest what changes are to be made.

Check if you have the fix as documented in kba 2044935 Synchronous service interface changed to asynchronous after transport.

What do you mean by the sentence - sync scenario is changes to async in prod.

How you came to know that it is changed to async. You means your channel QOS is changed to Excatly once from Best effort?

Service interface becomes asynchronous. not QOS in channel

This is strange and should not be. Are you doing CTS transport or TPZ file transport?
