Setting Credit Limit in Sales Order

Hi!

I have a question on setting credit limit. We have set the credit limit in order type level. Can we give a warning information when creating sales order if the total values 100% - 105% from existing credit limit? and give an error message if the total values on order > 105%?

I'm guessing you could add something in a user exit. What have you tried so far?
