Dear Experts,

We are into manufacturing. There is a situtation wherein trading materials sold in India to customers via Head Office. Head Office is defined as plant 5xxx. Now the selling has to from a different sales organization other than normal sales of FG materials. So we have defined a new sales org 11xx for sales of trading materials.

As the sales is domestic i have used the same domestic pricing procedure but a different order type and billing type. In VKOA i have set New V/KOFI/Chart of A/C/ SALES org/ AAG for Dom/AAG for Trading/Accnt Key/G/L accnt.

We have set a new G/L account for ERL as required by accounts dept. Our accounts department also wants different G/L acount for Excise entries-EXD, EX1,EX2. I have set the same in VKOA.

But the problem is : When we do release to accounting and view the accounting document the ED recovered entry is not showing in accounting document. sales account, party account and central sales tax account are appearing properly. Can you pls suggest where am i missing out on configuaration.

Pls help

thanks and regards,

ED recovered entry is not showing in accounting document

Were you able to see the excise amount in blue colour in billing document ?? If not, check in your pricing procedure whether statistical is checked against the excise condition type. Also check in OBQ3 for the same.

thanks

Dear Mr. Lakshmipathi ji,

No the excise amount is not in blue color. In pricing procedure statistical is not checked. But in OBQ3 JMOD (IN: A/R BED) is marked statistical. but in other sales documents with different sales organisations the accounting document shows ED recoverd entry...

Thanks and regards,

How about JEX2 which should not have been ticked for statistical in your pricing procedure or in OBQ3??

thanks

Dear Mr. Lakshmipathiji,

Many thanks for your help.

JEX2 is not marked for statistical in pricing procedure. However i fear (in OBQ3) in tax procedure JEX2 (condition type) is not mentioned.

Hi,

Since you can view the accounting document for the invoice, there is no problem in VKOA. May be Excise condition types are statistical and the same values are not being posted to GLs. If you got any error during posting of billing document, we could understand there might be some error in VKOA.

Check your pricing procedure and excise condition types which may be maintained as Statistical.

Regards,

Praveen.
