Hi Alok. You can go directly from SP08 to SP14. Once you are on SP14, you can then install the PLs. There is no special path or requirement. But as always, make sure you take a full backup of the server before you start upgrading. First upgrade your test and quality systems and test them thoroughly, then upgrade the production system. Also, you should get a warning at the beginning of the upgrade process if your system does not meet a specific requirement.
