Where's CFM1 ATP Check indicator stored?

Hi experts,

We use both APO GATP and ECC ATP in the sales order to check ATP.

Now we would like to know how to determine certain transaction triggers APO GATP or ECC ATP. Or does the sales order list of the allocated qty in product allocation planning book be stored in any table?
