Currently we are using SAP PSCD for Tax Solution with a Public sector org. For case management, we use standard SAP Dispute Management process.
Currently I am facing a challenge and need your advice on the same:
1. A master case needs to be created for the Taxpayer
2. Any case created there after, for each filing period, should become a child case and gets attached to the parent case.
3. The master case will remain open till any of the child case is open
4. Each child case will work as a unique case, and perform all activities, like correspondence, posting, penalties, attachments, etc.
I am having problem with this, as I am not sure if any such standard solution is available in SAP FSCM. Further the master case can have multiple type of child case, ie, multiple Audit / Objection/ Collection case can be attached to the it.
