Dear All,

I have a two customers, 1. delivery priority is set as high and for second customer delivery priority is set medium.

now in SAP user create the sales orders separately for both customers of a same material.

How delivery priority can be effect while doing the ATP check, is there any customization required, i want system first reserve the quantity for a high delivery priority customers even the SO later after medium priority customers.

Can any one explain how it will work, thanks.

Priority will be given based on the numerical value you set for customer master. For example, as you said, if you set 01 for customer-A and 02 for customer-B, create sale order first for customer-B and then for customer-A, and when execute V_V2, system would consider customer-A only.

Thanks for the response.

I have 9 level of priorities, in customization, but in available values 1-5 values is coming.

Hope its just for the understanding, let me tried this out and revert back.

If the Delivery priority is blank, then, that will be considered as the highest priority.

Imran,

please check this thread:

On time, for S/4HANA some assumptions related to ATP were changed because there are a new ATP logic. I´m supposing that you are talking about ECC.

best, FM
