In VAO5 status coming different

As per our business scenario, User created Service Orderfor service.With reference to service order user created service entry sheet.

With reference to service entry sheet we generate service billing.

Now issue is when we execute the VA05, service entry sheet order status is coming as completed but service order status is not coming as a completed.

I tried with reason for rejection but status coming as a “Not relevant”.

Please guide me, how to set service order status as a completed.
