Incompletion log is coming for contract start/end date as soon as we enter an order

Hi,

When we enter an order in VA03 it is giving the incompletion log for the contract start/end date. But when we click on that particular line item and comes back, there is no incompletion log and document is completed message is coming. what could be the reason?
