Getting Error in WE16 while generating IDOC

Hi Team,

Request your expertise, I have followed all step in replicating an IDOC from Production System to Non-Production System using the steps mentioned in the blog https://blogs.sap.com/2013/08/16/we19-replicating-the-idocs-for-analysis/ , however i am receiving error while uploading IDOC file (data is in XML Format) however file extension is .txt.

I am uploading IDOC file in XML Format using t-Code WE16 it is giving me an error "First record is not an IDoc control rec

An error occurred while an inbound file was being processed. The first record of a processing block does not contain the table name 'EDI_DC' (control record).
Instead the first ten characters of the record

are: '<ORDERS03>'
