Settings depending on Business Role

Dear SAP,

the customer asked us to:

1. Create a unique layout for alle the users in each page.
2. Restrict the object displaying depending on the marketing area.

About the first point, is there the possibility to create a unique layout for all the users assigned to a business role? So, is there the concept of master/page layout as in C4C or the UI configuration as in CRM?

About the second point, I've tried to set the access restrictions for read permissions in the business role for campaign objects:

Unfortunately, the user displays also the campaigns of the other marketing areas. How can I make it work?

Last question: is there the possibility to set the access restrictions only to one catalog inserted in the business role and not for the entire business role?

Hi Andrea,

regarding the first question: In SAP Marketing Cloud we do unfortunately not yet support Custom Themes. This is, however a roadmap topic.

Regarding the second question: Your unrestricted Write-Access overrules the read access, which you aim to restrict. Your requirement seems to be not consistent.

to answer the third question: As you already mentioned, restrictions are always set for the role and not for the catalogs.

I'm not a SAP employee but I think you can post it on Customer Influence Portal.

If you get enough votes from other people your idea will be reviewed and will maybe become a feature of one of the next releases.
