Facing issue when we try to add an employee responsible for a contact

Dear experts,

We am facing issue when we try to add an employee responsible for a contact.

Under “relationship” tab, I am trying to add “Relationship type” as “has Employee responsible”, But in the input help we am not getting any Employees and the list is empty. Please find the attached screenshot

The employee WorkCentre is restricted on “Sales Organization” of employee. We can see the restricted list of employees in other places like Employee work center view under “People” WorkCentre.

We enable the access for the WorkCentre “people, business partner”, still we are facing the same issue.

But with Admin access we can see the list of employees. Please advise if i am missing any thing.
