Sales order fullfilment issues - Fiori App not working

Hi All,

I am implementing Standard sales order fullfilment Issues fiori app (F0029) . But when opening Sales order fullfilment Resolve issue application and opening sales order item or click on sales order or remove billing bloc or edit payment terms or reject sales order it is showing different different errors!

We have s4 hana 1610 on premise as back end and fiori front end is central hub.software component on front end and back end is installed and all the odata services as per fiori apps library is activated and application is also activated on front end server .

can any one please help me to identify the issues, is any configuration needed or additional services need to be activated to make it work. As I am clueless what should be done .

Apart from configuration in front end fiori system is there any other configuration needed or any other s4 hana system or any other configuration apart form what is mentioned in fiori apps library ?

Hello Arkomita,

I had a similar problem in 2 others S/4HANA implementation.

If I´m not wrong, I suppose that this error is related to S/4CORE and not related to Fiori. I suppose that this error should occur in your SAP GUI too. Could you please confirm if these behaviors occur only in Fiori or in Fiori and SAP Gui?

Well, if this happen in both, please check this note: 2315269 (at moment this note is being updated in launchpad).

This is a technical error, not a configuration error, and I remember that a BASIS support solved it in my case.

To allow you to continue with your configuration and tests instead this error still unsolved, try to deactivate FSCM Credit Check (Financial Supply Chain Management > Credit Management > Integration with Accounts Receivable Accounting and Sales and Distribution > Integration with Sales and Distribution > Deactivate SAP Credit Management).

Please inform if it works.

Many thanks for you suggestion.

Can you please let me know how i can check in gui, is this related with some functional settings in s4 hana?

I am not having much idea in s4hana side, so need to check with functional team for it ?. all i do check is in fiori application (which is a standard application) and font end server gateway error log!!

And the note is being updated so can not check the details over there as well .

execute a entire scenario in SAP GUI (VA to sales order or schedule agreement / VL if you have delivery / VF to bill your scenario) and check if you will receive the same message.

when accessing the Sales order Fulfillment - Resolve Issues tile few functionalities are not working - can you please guide what could be the issues behind ? all the services and application has been activated as per the fiori apps library .

  • When I click on a Customer hyperlink in the worklist, the error meessage "No navigation targets available" is displayed
  • When I click on a Sales Order hyperlink in the worklist, the error message "Could not open app. Please try again later." is displayed
  • When I click on an Invoice (number starting with 7) hyperlink in the worklist, the error meessage "No navigation targets available" is displayed
  • When I select an order that is Incomplete and click on Resolve Incomplete Data, the error message "Could not open app. Please try again later." is displayed
  • When I select any trasnaction in the worklist and click on Process Flow, nothing is displayed

Arkomita,

again, are working properly your system when you are using the SAP GUI?

Please, check the transaction in SAP GUI in order to check if your problem is only in fiori or in your entire instalation. After that, you will isolate your problem and will be easy to find the route cause.

We cannot help you with a list of problems without you isolate them.

Please check if the following app specific ICF and OData services are active in your system and whether the respective target mappings are assigned via a catalog to your user on the gateway system.

Customer (factsheet)

Sales Order (factsheet)

For the process flow check if the ICF service SD_REUSE_PFS1 is active.
