Hello All,

Scenario is like this. There is a equipment which needs to be calibrated inhouse and externally. For inhouse calibration the frequencey is every 4 months and for external it is every year. Both should have different tasklist.

How to create the maintenance plan for this and how should be the strategy?

Please help me.

You can have 2 packages in Maintenance Strategy , one for 4 month & one for 1 yr , but you cannot have two seperate task lists ,

You can assign only one task list with both internal & external operations mentioned.

or

if you want different tasklist you can go for single cycle plan with two maintenance items

Go with Single cycle, create two maintenance plan, as you have internal and external caliberations...

Create Task list for both internal and external caliberation separately, Create in a general manner, so u can utilize for all instruments...

Then schedule it, accorinding to the requirement of the instruments...

For mapping external work in task list which are to crried out after 12 Months, you can assign the external control key.

You can create strategy of two packages i.e. 4 Months & 12 Months. (IP11)

Create a task list with above created startegy and assign the all operation to either 4M or 12M packages. So that whenever 4M package is due operations related to 4M will be called and same is for 12 M. (IA05)

Create a maint plan with above stategy and task list and schedule it. (IP42)
