SAP Lumira Discovery Authorizations

Hello Experts.

The question referes to Lumira Discovery. When we open .lumx file with BW Admin user, everything is Ok and working correctly.
When we have our other users with their own rights - Lumira files stop after the selection screen and do not open at all. All Bex Queries on which the dashboards are built are correct and can be easily opened in Analysis.

Does SAP Lumira need more roles and authorizations that should be added in rsecadmin for example?

Irina - it leverages BW authorizations; I recommend running an STAUTHTRACE on the BW backend so you can see which authorizations are missing for users

Can it be that we need some RFC authorizations for Lumira?
Sometimes it happens in the following way:1 page in Lumira file is Ok and displayed under limited rights, and two (identical) pages in one .lumx file fall.

Hi Irina - on the surface, I don't think so, but if your BW Security admin performs an STAUTHTRACE on the users accessing Lumira Discovery, it will show what is missing.
