Create shopping cart according as local contract

Hi,My expert :

I work in SRM5.0 and ECS.

I create contract for products which are from backend system .I want to create shopping cart according as the contract.

But ,the price and the source of supplier can not appear in the SC automatically.I want to know why ? Or am I wrong?

Hi Alex

do you see source of supply as your contract in the sc? you must see a local contract as source of supply as under vendor overview

order the cart and see the po and see the contract release value in the contract.

do you have any settings like Define Sourcing via Vendor List Only

Thanks for your quick reply.

I would see nothing under vendor overview whether I cative "Sourcing via Vendor List Only" or not in the shopping cart.

I can not see a local contract(I created ) as source of supply in the SC. I do not why ?

PS: If I create vendor list (the vendor is the contract's),the system will suggest the source of supplier .

test case 1:-

deactivate define vendor list only.

you must get source of supply as a local contract in the shopping cart and your contract must be released ststus.

unfortunately local contract vendor list not supported.

IS IT APPLICABLE FOR YOU?

Thanks for your reply .

It is not a basic contract.I actived "without approval workflow".In the header data of the contract ,it dispaly "No Approval Required ",But in the item overview ,it display "Awaiting approval ".I do not Y?

When I create SC ,there is no contract in the"SOS".

check the workitem if anything for that workflow

what is the status of contract now?

for eg.

in BBP_pd

created

released..

item is active..

discuss with workflow consultant too. or create another contract and see..

You have activated the product category hierarchy in your system. Create a

shopping cart with an item and go to the source of supply tab in the item

detail. However, the contracts belonging to the same product category

hierarchy chain is not shown in the source of supply list.More Terms

Solution

Import the corresponding support package to correct this error. To correct

LBBP_PD_INDEXF20 / form FOUND_ITEMS_ANALYZE.

Hi Yang,

I have the same problem as yours.

Our system is srm 5.00 too. I have checked the notes mentioned in this thread and found they are not applicable to srm 5.0.

Would you kindly tell me how you solved this problem?
