Hi all,
I'm trying to set up loyalty management in CRM 7.0, everything goes well, but tier management doesn't seem to work... I have difficulties creating a RRG and RR to make tier transitions possible. Does anyone have more information then what is delivered.
I also have the message: Member determination foudn zere members for membership 66, but there are member the membership 66.
Does anyone have implenting experience on this topic?

You cannot do points accrual and tier upgrade within the same activity. Please let us know your scenario inorder our community to help you.

I have similar scenario, thought of creating new post. Looks at this post, I have same questions and here is the scenario:
Let's talk about business case where loyalty customer has 8000 points and he is placing order for a product which
accumulates another 2000 points. Now he has 10000 points. In this business scenario, Is it not possible to upgrade membership
automatically if customer balance points exceeds 9500. Do we need to do it manually? I don't think this will happen in rela-time. We should have automatic set-up in the system where if customer exceeds 9500, his membership should be upgraded to Gold (Let's assume currently he has Silver membership) and send e-mail to customer saying that, he is promoted to Gold membership.
Is this not achievable in standard loyalty management? or Is there any otherway to configure the scenario I mentioned above? I am sure this is very much generic requirement.
As you mentioned, we can't do points accural and tier upgrade, is there any other way to acheive this functionality?
