Dear R.N. Swamy,

from my point of view, it is not possible at the moment.

I have two questions:

- Do you use the NUMpad on the right hand side of the keyboard, or the dot near the space key?

- Why do you need to change it?

Have a nice thursday,

Julian

Dear Julian,

I have selected the amount by clicking on CCOS numpad.

This requirement is raised by my client as comma makes confusion to end user while data entry.

Hi,

you can use for both the FP05 versions (first entry in your screenshots). For SAP Customer Checkout currently FP05 with PL08 is available and SAP Customer Checkout manager FP05 PL06 is available, this should fit. Or you can also upgrade both Components to FP06 (PL04 for both).

kind regards

Stephan

Dear Stephan,

Thank you for your replay.

We are using CCOS Manager 2.0 FP05 PL06.

Please find attached files for available CCOS Manager and CCOS client setup on marketplace.

Request you to please guide us to which Manager & Client version we have to use.

Hi R.N. Swamy,

could you please check, the Version of the SAP Customer manager? PL08 is currently not delivered for SAP Customer Checkout manager FP06. Please check if the version of SAP Customer Checkout manager is equal to the version of SAP Customer Checkout regarding the feature Pack. We recommend to have SAP Customer Checkout on the same feature pack as SAP Customer Checkout manager, the patch level is not important.

If this doesn't help, we recommend to open an incident using component SBO-INT-CCO if you use the SAP Business One Launchpad or IS-SE-CCO if you open an incident directly in the SAP Market Place. Please attach the log files of SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Customer Checkout manager. Also send us the information about the used versions of SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Customer Checkout manager.

kind regards

Stephan

Dear All,

This issue resolved when we upgrade our CCOS client from version 2.0 PF06 PL 3 to PL 8 which is latest version of CCOS.

But now another issue arrives in system when we synchronize articles from CCOS manager to CCOS client then system showing error as “Error while loading article data from external system”. Even if we set exactly same configuration which is working in PL3.

For same configuration in PL 3 there is no issue for articles synchronize but with error of comma as decimal separator but for same configuration in PL 4,6,8 which are available in marketplace system showing error for synchronize.

My CCOS Manager is upgraded to latest version available in Marketplace.

Is there is any setting need to change while changing PL 3 to PL8???

Dear R.N. Swamy,

please check the user settings (locale) of the logged in user. If you change the locale to "enlish", the . should be shown. If you change the locale to "german" the , should be shown.

If you have central user management enabled, you have to the change in the SAP Customer Checkout manager and synch the user afterwards.. If you using the local user management you have to change the local in the user settings of SAP Customer Checkout.
