Hi all.

We have scenario where we pick up files from stores,Now sometimes we dont get any files from store, is there a way to write a report or something where we can check what files we received? Is the data stored in tables somewhere?

For your requirement, you need to create a ZTable (& an RFC to Update this table) & populate it with the files being processed by PI. During message mapping, get the SenderFileName, Sender, Date-Time stamp & other details of your relevance & update the Z-table.

Alternatively. Use an ABAP mapping.(If you wish not to create an RFC)

But, You need to create a Seperate Report(SE38) or Use Table Maintainance Generator to view the details.

    Hi,

We don't have any standard SAP program to view this type of report. We need to develop Z program to view this type of report. if you receive any file from stores need to keep one copy in archive folder. Develop one simple abap program to read archive folder file names. I hope this process can view your requied report.
