After entering demand,system generates planning file entry and in background scheduling of MRP such materials are planned and planned orders/purchase requisitions generated..But the issue is in next schedule of Auto MRP if some materials have planned order & purchase requisition dates in past, background MRP doesn't consider these materials in MRP for rescheduling as there is no planning file entry exists.Please suggest the solution.

If there is a requisition or planned order with a date in the past, it's because the MRP controller or purchasing department could not handle those requisitions or orders properly. I suggest you to stablish a policy to daily review planning elements with a date in the past and adjust it manually, so that you can understand why this is happening on your company.
Another option is to use the option "plan regularly" on your MRP type. See the blog below for details:
