Screen Personas - How to change the SAP Logo in the Status Bar

Hello,

How can we remove/change the SAP logo in the Status Bar using Screen Personas?

To make it Role specific - Do we have the option to change it using custom Theme or we need to control from Flavors?

Please provide steps.
