We have the following use case:
Most customers receive a standard sales receipt, but a small number of customers require an entertainment expense receipt.
In SAP Customer Checkout there is a switch Print form for entertainment expenses on sales receipt in Hardware -> Receipt but this would then apply to either all (if ON) or none (if OFF) of the receipts.
The requirement however is:
Is it possible?
Hello,
Currently entertainment expenses is always printed or not printed. In the standard solution, it is not possible to decide this based on Receipt type etc.
Some thoughts on how to achieve possible workarounds:
1. Create a new template so you have 2 templates for Sales Receipt. In 1 template, always print entertainment expense (some change in the existing print template script needed), and in don't print.
2. In the print option select to print the 1st print template when automatic printing: Yes and Reprint: No
In the print option select to print the 2nd print template when automatic printing: No and Reprint: Yes.
Then in the normal print, expenses are not printed but in the reprint, expenses will be printed.
Of-course you need some experience with SAP Customer Checkout print templates to be able to make the above mentioned changes. If your question in answered correctly, kindly select the answer as "Right Answer". This helps others to follow and easily locate answers.
