Message Processor SLFN0004 not assigned automatically

Dear Experts,

I am stuck wih the Message Processor SLFN0004, the field is not populating automatically in CRM_DNO_MONITOR. Do i have to assign any Access Sequence to SLFN0004 in Partner determination, if not then how it will trigger, appreciate your response.

To get the message processor assigned automatically the message needs to be saved in status "In Process".

In status "Sent to Support" no message processor is being assigned.

I have the same problem. When I change the state of the Call to "in Process" the current user don't assign automatically

Hi Daniel,

Please make sure the user which is creating the message (in your satellite system) is created as a Business Partner in your Solution Manager System (with the Sold-to-party (=satellite system) on the identification tab assigned to it). You can create BP's for the users (of your satellite system) via the transaction DSWP.

I would also check the customizing settings in SPRO: Service Desk - Partner Determination Procedure - Define Partner Functions

Than take a look for the Function SLFN0004. The correct Function category and Relationshp Cat. have to be assigned. I would assign Function category: 0008 Person Responsible and Relationshp Cat: CRMH06 Is Responsible BP For. Usage must be defined as CRM Customer Relationship.

May be that helps to assign the message processor automatically.

Dear all,

thanks for the help but there was no Note Problem,no Message "STATUS" problem (it works in "NEW" status also),it has nothing to do with the "Sold To Party" creation.

Schmutz, I am already using the same Function Category , Usage and relation category in the "Partner Function". The thing which was missing is that "one has to use SOURCE : CRM_PARTNER_C in the access Sequence" for the determination.Problem solved, thanks to all of you for your help.

Hi Adnan,

Could you please told me how do you configure your access secuence in order to obtain automatic determination for SLFN0004 at the begining.

I have configured SLFN0003 using CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 and I'm attempting to fill SLFN0004 using partner determination procedure but doesn't work.

I've tried using CRM_PARTNER_B with SLFN0003 as source and rule AC10000258

I've tried using CRM_PARTNER_C with SLFN0003 too.

You may add the partner determination procedure and add 'current user' to partner function 'SLFN0004'.
