steps for data archieving?

Please let me know the step by step procedure for archieving object MM_SPSTOCK ( LO: Batches and special stock).I read many information before posting this thread on sap development network but why using SARA and mentioned archieving object ,not able to do archieve selection in execute delete program.

Hello ,

In AOBJ transaction selectet this object and on the left side of this you will get a list of customizing options for this object .

In one option which is PP_Backflush you can see a graphical display which displays some information about the steps / or other

data which you need to archivie .

The MM_SPSTOCK selection screen is a bit tricky, as it serves archiving for batches, as well as for special stock.

Best you explain in detail what you exactly you want archive, and what fields and boxes you selected.

further it would help if you could mention if you had already succesfully archived any other object, or if this is your first archiving.
