My Travel Requests App - 'Resource Not Found For Segment ''. -- Error in Fiori

Hi All,

Configured My Travel Request app in Fiori. And assigned it to employees to submit travel request and to Manager for approving. But when employee user is trying to submit the travel request it is throwing an error message of Resource Not Found for Segment '' as shown in below screenshot...

I have checked with the app documentation in Fiori Library everything is fine. Kindly suggest me a solution...
