Error in creating Jounal Template

Dear all

I am getting an error while building a jounal template.

The details:

> BPC 7.0 MS version

> Application: LegalApp

> Creating journal template

> Header Dimensions: LegalEntity (E) , Category (C), Time (T), DataSrc, Consolview (R)

> Detail Dimensions: AccountL (A), AccountDetails (ST), IntCo (I), SBU (U1), Department (U2)

> Additional Header Dimension: JENumber (Length - 20)

After completion of all the steps system is showing error - 'The System cannot create Journal Template'

Is any pre-requisite i am missing!!!!!!!!!!

Surprisingly I have tried the same in another application where it working fine
