Inbound idoc which has to create delivery for an Order is not creating delivery for all line items

Hi All,

I have an idoc which will come create a delivery for an Order.

For example Idoc has 20 line items, delivery is creating single delivery for only 12 line items and the idoc is successfully getting processed.

Please some one help me, why the delivery is not getting creating for rest of the line items ??
