I am getting error "Please enter a valid sate code for place of supply"

Dear Sir,

I just got my server formatted and re-installed SAP business one 9.2 database. it working now.

but during making an inventory transfer I am getting error "Please enter a valid sate code for place of supply" . Error snapshot attached.
