Creating a new Rule in SAP Payroll

Employees who are in company code 5000 in my new fortnightly payroll area (w2) are accruing a provision for our Attendance Bonus (which they should be excluded from).

So, I have created this rule: ZATR. I then added it to ZNE1 in the schema, the line above ZATA, but it still wants to calculate the value.

If company code is anything other than 5000 go to rule ZATA

ZATA then makes 2 decisions, one on wage type /166 and then on employee group

Then goes to ZTAB which based on employee subgroup which then gets % held on T511K to give the value

Can you execute Payroll for an employee who belongs to CC 5000 ? and share the screen shot of the PCR Log

1 - Where is the Attendance Bonus Provision being Accrued for all other employees? Is it through WT PTTS (pcr ZATR/ZATA/ZATB)?

2 - What Function calls pcr ZATR, and what are it's Inputs?
