Error: ResourceException in method ConnectionFactoryImpl.getConnection():

Hi Experts,

Here it is a Standalone Java Cluster Environment and MII Application is installed on this system.

Test users faced problems while logging/executing the jobs. When checked in Visual Admin Dispatchers were in RED and Green status but in MMC Dispatcher and Message server Running fine.

Analysis:

when checked in server logs I found this error

"Error: ResourceException in method Connection"FactoryImpl.getConnection():"

Even After Applying SAP Note 1142017 . Dispatcher status is not changed.

Network Connection is fine

Hi,

Continue with above mentioned problem.

I like to add some points here. As our End user try to login into the system , After 10 -15 mins there screen got hanged

Can you suggest me here some areas to check the problems.
