A certain WBS has no assigned values for 2008. Instead, the cummulated assigned values was linked to year 2009, resulting into assigned values is greater than the released budget for 2009.
Given the above, the view in CJ33 is that the distibutable value for 2009 is still equivalent with the released value even if there are already assigned values. Although there are still unassigned values for 2009 (distributable).
Do you know how to cancel this distributable or lessen the released budget for 2009 given the above situation (below is a sample illustration of the problem)
2008 (Released Budget. 200) (Distributable. 200) (Assigned. 0)
2009 (Released Budget. 500) (Distributable. 500) (Assigned. 400)
*Note that 200 was used already for 2009. Therefore, only 300 distributable but this is not happening in CJ33.
*Note that the 400 for 2009, 200 was from 2008.
