What does "No records later than" mean in RSARFCEX?

We have RSARFCEX scheduled to reprocess stuck sm58 idoc entries every hour. The variant says "No records later than" 00:30. What does that mean?

a) Retry entries stuck in sm58 if they have been stuck there for less than 30 minutes. If the idocs stuck in sm58 are 31 minutes old, then leave them alone.

b) Retry entries if they were put in the queue before 12:30am. If they were created at 12:31am, don't send them.

c) Retry entries. Once RSARFCEX has been running 30 minutes, don't process any more records.

Hello Jordan,

It is the scenario A: if the SM58 entries are older than 30 minutes, leave them alone.
