Hi,
I really need help. My CE server 8 has crashed and have reinstalled the CE8. The problem now is that all the published reports are in 'running' status for a very long time. I have applied Service pack 1 and Hotfixes. Need your help urgently.

CE8 has been out of support a long time but the troubleshooting is very similar to XI. Stop the problem jobserver(s) and add a command line -trace, restart. Logs should be in the CEinstall\CE8\logging directory. Look though the logs for the word failed or the error you receive, and paste any errors out here to see if anyone can help.

I received JOBSERVER log :
13:8:19 (2380, 2352), (1, 1, 33009), Info: assert failure (Y:\backend\jobserver\jobserver\main_jobserver.cpp286). (0 : TheJobServer::initialize(): Couldn't create temp dir(C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Shared\Temp\procSched\AQUARIUS.report). Reason: Failed to remove C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Shared\Temp\procSched\AQUARIUS.report and its contents. Some of the files could not be removed. Please check file permissions or for a sharing violation. Reason: . ).
And I also noticed there were numbers of reports in folder :\Seagate Softaware\shared\temp\procshed\

Try setting the report to "No Printer" in File > Page Setup.
