Export/Import Profit Centre (incl hierarchy) from Production back to Dev?

Hi, we normally created our key Profit/Cost Centre and their associated hierarchies in our Production system. II do not want to copy all of our Production system back, so wondered if I could Export/Import from Production back, in the same way I can with Cost Element Groups. Any ideas?

is it dangerous to do a trasport from PRD to DEV?

KE77 – Send Profit centers

OKEON can create a transport request (named PRDXXXXX) but we cannot import it from prd system to dev system

so i would need something to export cost center master data from PRD to DEV

Hierarchy is exportable by OKEO but only hierarchy not cost centers.

Hi,

Okay... now go to KSH2 tcode in the production.. Give the top node of your cost center hierarchy... then go in Extras-->export...

after that go in requisite client and use ksh1and import...

I tried,

it only exports and imports the hierarchy not single cost center master data.

Now in oken i see new links with this text ">>> No valid master record" because the cost center master data has not been created

As a final option now try in KSH2 itself in Extras -> Copy from client option in u r target client

i found transaction OKEO for export/import hierarchy

but it doesn't export cost center master data...

any ideas?

There will not be any transport route from PRD back to DEV.

You need to import and export in KCH1
