Invoice Total in Customer Ageing Report

Hi to everyone,

Is there a way to display invoice document total in the customer ageing report. The system only shows how much is still owed on an invoice, ie, the balance, but I cant display the document total.

Hi Kentish,

It is possible using Crystal Reports instead of the ready PLD templates. Some work to format it is however required. If there is someone in your company who knows Crystal Reports well, ask that person to do it.

Its not possible in Default Report.

Try it using Query Report. Design Query PLD for the same.

Hi Kentish,

All you have to do is double clicking the row number of the Aging Report. Or you can choose the "Customer Statement" print layout when you print / print preview the report.

The report provides the size of the debt the customer has acquired and the length of time that the debt has remained unpaid.

I hope you are clear. you cannot get document total in the aging report.
