Just downloading the FP12 hotfixes and noticed that
https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2586351 has no content - i.e. there is no hotfix attached to the note.
(Would be so nice if it would be possible to have an option to 'download all current FP12 hotfixes' instead of having to open 18 separate web pages to download each one separately....)
Hi Adele,
As Lloyd said, please open an incident and we can help you with download problem. With the notes you mentioned, the case is that we don't see any sense to split ~80 MB package to 2 MB pieces. Would be a pain to load those from the system... Therefore you see a "empty" note.
In case you you face similar cases in the future, just open an incident or drop mail to us an we will provide needed packages.

Hi Jukka and Lloyd, thank you for these replies. You say 'drop mail to us' but could you let me know the email address I need to use to request the hotfixes from you please? I have also attempted to open an Incident via the Itelligence portal but I have no idea whether that will actually get to you - do you get requests via Itelligence? (Sorry for the vagueness on my part - I'm not sure how the new support system all hangs together).
