Actually i am working on costing.
Production order posted: for 100 qty., so, 100 Delivery qty,
For production above i need to issue Rawmaterial1 is 100 qty.
So for producing Finished mat1(100)qty = i need to issue 100 qty of raw material.
So, i was issued 100 qty of raw material. Using 261 Movement.
Now confirmations, I have 3 operations lets op10,op20,op30.
So, three times i would like to take Goods receipt and confirmation also.
Now for confirmation for 25 qty and Goods receipt also 25
Yeild HoursBooked For 1 qty
op10: 25 5 0.2
op20: 25 6 0.24
op30: 25 7 0.28
here cost is i need to calculate on the bases of two.
a)Raw material cost b)hours cost
So issued raw material 1 so, i went to mseg and the material cost is 99601.00 For 1 unit price is 996.01
Now calculate the hourse.
For 1 qty
0.2
0.24
0.28
So, 0.2+0.24+0.28 = 0.72 * Cost center machine price (375) =
= 0.72*375 = 270
= 270/ 25 = here 25 is gr qty. I need per unit
= so,
= 10.8 hours cost for machine.
= Now material cost for 1 unit is : 996.01
= material cost + hours cost
= 996.01 + 10.8 , = 1006.81
This value i am passing to the material while taking gr, So, 25 qty i am taking goods receipt, system will multiple with 25 * 1006.81
= 25170.25
= Goods receipt value is 25170.25
Second time i am taking confirmation for 40 qty like.
Yeild HoursBooked For 1 qty
op10: 40 5 0.125
op20: 40 6 0.15
op30: 40 7 0.175
for 40 qty i am again calculating the same process for above. I am not considering the first confirmation for 25 qty. only for 40 qty i am considering, because i am now posting for 40 qty.
next time remaining 40 , Order is closed.
But some time.
order qty : 100
First time confirmed for 25 qty using co11n
and Gr has taken only : 20, qty 5 yield confirmation i had taken extra.
Next time confirmed for 30 qty using co11n.
and gr has taken only: 25 qty using Co11n.
How could i calculate the hours , as per the above because hours and confirmations are not equal. in after first confirmation 5 yield confirmation is pending. I need to consider that one too. Writing logic in the coding is getting trouble. Is there solutions or table.
Need valuable suggestions.
