Maint. plan scheduling

Hi All,

We are using back ground job scheduling function for maint. plans but it is not scheduling the multiple counter plan.We have only one varient with maint. plan category PM (maint. order) & NO (maint. notification).

What could be the reason?

Hi Sunil,

You must schedule all plans initially by IP10. Then backround job will work.

Also it is mandatory to update measuring documents in case of performance based plans to generate maint orders.

Hi,

Have you checked that the counter readings are updated properly and Calls are originated ? Check in IP10 for the Plan. You can try manual scheduling for this plan once to ensure that there are no errors in the process upto Scheduling.

Dear Bala,

Maint. plan having two cycles

250 H 250 HOURLY

6 MON HALF YEARLY

with operation type OR link.counter is not updated regularly but as per the OR link system should genrate the call in every 6 months.But this is not happening.

Hi Sunil,

have you checked using IP10 ? Is it happening?

If not, record one measurement reading (create one measurement document) with minimum possible value (for eg. 1hr) or current readings then check.

Hi Bala,

By IP10 it is happening and measuring document already recorded.But as i already mentioned that other cycle is of 6 month so as per the OR link system should create a order after 6month cycle even if the counter entry is not happening.

correct me if i m wrong.

Hi Sunil,

Yes. You are right.

Please check the start date of maintenance plan. It will take the start 6 months after start date.

Also if you have tick marked the completion requirement in maintenance plan (scheduling paramers tab) then next order will be generated only after the first order status is TECO.
