    Hi,

In Case of any DMP File creation you need to Contact SAP Support immediately.

Check this note:[1009615|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/smb_searchnotes/display.htm?note_langu=E¬e_numm=0001009615] on the same.

    • Hi,

The DMP File is a log file which records the reason for the corruption in SAP B1.This may be often due to DI API or UI API corruption. The Log file can be read only by SAP and not by others.

If you can tell us, when this file is created like while performing which action this file is created,we could suggest any work around. But rather than following the workarounds it is good to get the feedback from SAP after logging the support ticket.

      I hope now you understand.

    Hi...Md.nazeer Shaikh.

    1) uninstall ur SAP B1

    2)Uninstall dot net framwork1.1 /dotnet framwork2.0 /active client/windows installer if installed.

3)again install only SAP B1(Dont start it)

    4)Exit firewall(remove firewall)

    5)start SAPB1.

I think this will help u.

    Mahesh.

    Hi,

Many reasons are there for creation of DMP File.

    1. Due to Corrupted database

    2. Client and SAP Server Not communicated properly.

    3. IP Conflicts between the server and Clients, more than one server has been installed in that work station.

    4. Client machine not been properly communicated such as printersu2026.

    My Suggestion:

Please check whether more then one server had been installed in your work station. If yes, connect the server and client using the unique server name and its port number (Dataserver: 30000). Try to separate your sap server from the other server port.
