Standard Program to execute SAP-Standard BW Extractors

Hi Experts,

I have a question related to using the Function Modules of the Standard SAP-Extractors in my local program. I am trying to work on a PoC which requires me to use the standard extractors FM in a program.

1. Is there a way I can call the standard FM using local report program?

Any Standard Report Program that can be used?

2. On executing the standard FM in SE37, like -

MCEX_BW_LO_API with I_ISOURCE = 2LIS_11_VAHDR, I_INITFLAG = '', I_UPDMODE = 'F', I_READ_ONLY = 'X', no data is extracted in E_T_DATA.

However, while running 2LIS_11_VAHDR in RSA3 with same parameters fetch 1000 records. Can someone please suggest on this as well?
