Infoset SQ02 - MRN9 - MYLAUFIT & BSEG Join

Hi,

I'm struggling to do a join between BSEG-AWKEY & MYLAUFIT-MYBELNR.

I have created an additional field in the infoset where I would like to keep only the 10 first characters of AWKEY and mapped it with mybelnr. I'm not an abaper but I try the following code after researches.

Field created: Zawkey

Data: zzawkey as type C

Select awkey from bseg into zzawkey

zawkey=zzawkey(10)

If someone has an idea, please reply. Thanks in advance.
